Warranty-Service
Every item — equipment for restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food, catering, and laundries—purchased from our online store, ProfStor, comes with an official warranty.
The warranty period is specified in the warranty card and begins upon purchase of the professional kitchen equipment.
Warranty and post-warranty service
To be eligible for free warranty service, the customer must follow all operating instructions for professional kitchen appliances, which are detailed in the product data sheet for each appliance.
After purchasing the appliance, the customer receives a document bearing the company's seal and the seller's signature. By accepting the product, the customer agrees to the warranty terms.
Upon receipt, the appliance must be carefully inspected for defects, malfunctions, and possible mechanical damage. If any are discovered, a written claim must be submitted to the shipping company or ProfStor within 7 days. If these steps are not completed within the specified timeframe, the appliance will not be eligible for free warranty repair. Claims regarding quality will not be accepted without a properly completed warranty card or if it contains any corrections.
Our specialists also provide post-warranty service for appliances purchased from us. Repairs and replacement of consumables and components are carried out as quickly as possible after our specialists have made a report and signed the contract.
